Bonnie for Model Number KUDS30IXBL1 I am a women who would never have even thought she could do a repair like this. I wanted to prove I could do it and although it was hard to free it up to remove I was going to try. I simply changed out the non working unit and replaced with new heater element purchased from AppliancePartsPro. However now my 1 hour wash light on the computer board will not shut off. What did I miss?
Answer Hello Bonnie. Try doing a reset on the board. Turn off the power for about 30 min and see if the problem goes away. If not, the heater may not have been the issue or when it went out it got the board WPW10380685 and it may need to be replaced. Read More...
