Brent for Model Number GEW9250PW0 In the last year i've had issues with this dryer intermittently beeping while we're drying cloths. We thought the control board was getting damp so we started leaving the door open on the dryer when we were done and that seemed to help. Now the mode selector switch seems to be acting up. I've run into scenarios where, if i touch the knob slightly while it's running, it will beep repeatedly yet continue to run like normal. This AM my wife went to dry cloths and the light on the selector was stuck on "touch up". No matter what she selected and it wouldn't even start (even on "touch up") so she unplugged. I plugged it back in this PM and everything seems fine. I'm suspecting it's the switch on the interface which i assume would mean i need a whole new interface but defer to your thoughts. Thank You.
Answer Hello Brent. Yes, it sounds like you need to replace the interface on the unit. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, May 31, 2016
