Answer JMS, You will want to check to make sure that the crush/cube solenoid is not stuck in the up position and make sure that the bin arm not under the solenoid which would not allow it to activate the cube portion of the dispenser. If these check ok then the issue will most likely be a bad crushed/cube solenoid which is located next to the auger motor. The part number for the solenoid is WP2152713. Read More...
