Rjb I have a Frigidaire side by side fridge freezer. (Sorry i dont have my SN. At work) My ice dispenser turns on when activated, but no ice comes out , the motor just runs. I took out the ice maker compartment to investigate. It turned out that the flat plastic piece that's connected to the round metal cylinder is not connected. Will this ice dispenser drum fit?
Answer Hello RJB, It sounds like you need the drive plate for the drum and the auger. Normally the drive plate hole will open up and when this happens it damages the auger.
