Michele for Model Number ED5VHGXML15 The ice maker dispenser in our Whirlpool refrigerator will not work anymore. The ice maker itself works fine, but the hatch is not closing all the way, which builds up frost and doesn't allow ice to come out of the chute. The repair man says the plastic hinge is broken and it cannot be fixed without replacing the entire door. Is this accurate?
