Answer

Tracy, So the bake burner in the oven will not ignite or heat, correct ? you most likely have a weak bake burner igniter 12400035 When you select Bake" power is supplied to the igniter and it glows. During the glowing process the igniter is also drawing 3.2 to 3.6 amps and supplying 3.2 to 3.6 VAC to the bake burner valve terminals, which cause the internal switch in the valve to open, and release the gas. A weak igniter can glow red, but not produce the amps and volts to the valve, and it won't release the gas. Good Luck.
