Jimbo, for Model Number Maytag A105 Serial #159466XL I replaced this top loading washer Model A105 a year and a half ago with AP4025626 injector valve and AP4025333 Nozzle,and it is already overflowing the plastic retainer again. It doesn't happen when I filling for the wash cycle but when it does happen it is for the rinse cycle. I think it has to do with switching from full to partial load and/or hot to warm. I took out this injector valve and nozzle and it looks good, no holes or cracks. What else could it be?
Answer Hi Jimbo. Is your water valve part # 205613, not operating correctly and possibly over pressurizing the system? If you will get some white lithium grease and very lightly coat all the parts while assembeling, this may help. The valve knozzel with 2- clamps is part 12001677. The nozzell is part # WP213015.
