Mark for Model Number KBHS109SSS05 My microwave suddenly stopped heating today. It sounds like it is working but doesn't heat. I've read to check the High Voltage Diode, Door Switch and Magnetron but I don't see the High Voltage Diode listed as a part for my model. Any suggestions on what to test and order would be appreciated. Your company has been helpful in guiding my repairs of other appliances.
Answer Mark, This unit does not have a diode. This unit uses an inverter which takes the place of the transformer, capacitor and diode and if the thermostats and door switches check ok then the inverter W10217711 will be the most likely cause for this issue.
