Jeff T, Place the machine into the self-diagnostic mode and see if there are error codes. 1. Enter Diagnostics mode and verify error codes by pressing any 3 keys 3 times within 8 seconds. 2. If the control does not enter Diagnostics, repeat Step 1. See the tech sheet supplied with the machine for further information on diagnostics.

David, as the magnetron is not testing at less than 1 Ohm, it would be considered out of tolerance, and replacing it would be recommended.

David, This unit does not use a diode or a capacitor and you would want to check to see if the magnetron is good. Test the resistance of the magnetron for less than 1 ohm of resistance. If it is good then the inverter board would be the issue. The inverter board will be part number W10217711.

Mark, It would be best to test the door switches to ensure that they are good. If they are good then test the magnetron for a resistance of less than 1 ohm and if it is not correct then the magnetron would need to be replaced. The door switches are tested for continuity.

Mark, This unit does not have a diode. This unit uses an inverter which takes the place of the transformer, capacitor and diode and if the thermostats and door switches check ok then the inverter W10217711 will be the most likely cause for this issue.
