You should remember that the compressor is actually a 3 phase compressor. On 3 phase compressors the resistance readings is the same between the compressor S-R-C terminals. The inverter input is 115 v single phase but the output is 230 v 3 phase. Correct?
Answer Hello Master tech. Yes, the inverter runs at different levels. However, testing the compressor it's self is an ohm resistance and it should be the same across the terminals. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
