Rick W. for Model Number KSCS25INSS00 I have a Kitchenaid Superba its 7 years old. We had the inverter box replace and the compressor replaced two years ago. The freezer temp goes up fairly often. It goes up enough to thaw all foods in the freezer. There also seems to be some warm spots when it is frozen. I have cleaned underneath several times and that does not seem to effect it either way. I have tried pulling the unit put to increase ventilation that seems to help on a temporary basis. I am wondering what else the problem could be. Any feedback would be appreciated.
