Larry for Model Number MAH5500BWW Our Neptune washer slipped a belt, cutting partially into the tub casting in the process, but not through the tub. I ordered your replacement built kit, AP4009041 for Maytag 12001788 and replaced the Isolators and Built. Built will Not stay on tub wheal (Pulley Spinner). Keeps slipping off towards tub when I rotate wheel by hand to test before closing up rear inspection panel. Any ideas on what could be wrong? Thank you - Larry Cell 303-913-5524
Answer Hello Larry, as with all pulleys with belts the pulleys have to line up correctly (in the same plane) otherwise the belt will run off one or the other pulley. Try to measure across the pulleys with a straight edge or something similar to test.
