Jeremy W. for Model Number MGR5755QDW My oven does not light the stove part does. When I turn it on to pre heat the oven just stays at 100 never lights or goes higher. I cant hear the gas going either. I was thinking a ignighter? Is there 2 on this model? Do you think this is the problem?
Answer Hello Jeremy, you will want to make sure the igniter is lighting up a bright red almost white. If the igniter is not pulling from 3.2-3.6amps the gas valve will not open.
