Glenn M for Model Number LSC8245ANO The dial on my washer just spins on the timer shaft and will not allow me to set the timer. I tried to pull it off and I tried to unscrew it, but nothing seems to work. What do I need to do to remove the knob and what parts will I need to fix it?
