Roy for Model Number CVE3401 The pop up button on the fan control switch has broken off. The switch no longer works The service center told me they cannot get the parts. Do I need a new fan switch and control knob? Where can I get same? Our cooktop is 30 yrs old. Model # does NOT have a letter after it. (CVE3401)
Answer Roy, the fan control switch WP74009254 would be used with the model provided and would be needed if the shaft has broken or if the switch itself no longer works properly.
