Shannon for Model Number #66569682992 The door of my Kenmore above range microwave model #66569682992 does not shut. At first it would shut after slamming very hard. There are two holes located in the microwave interior where the silver latches of the door are supposed to go into. As I was trying to figure out why it wouldn't shut I accidentally pushed the white plastic piece located in each of the holes in too far.....does anyone know what I'm talking about and if it can be fixed?
