Adam for Model Number TMH14XMQ-1 Looks like the microwave latch inside the microwave is broken. The arms are still on the door, but it wont latch close. Is there a way to change the internal latches out, of do I have to replace the whole microwave?
Answer Hello Adam! You should not have to replace the microwave. You can replace the parts needed. You will need to remove the control panel to gain access to be able to see what part inside is broken. Looking at the diagram you will either need the cam 8183824 or the interlock 8205572.
