Dave for Model Number KUDP02FBRBL0 (Kitchenaid) Replaced the two counter balanced ropes and the door will not "catch". I have tried adjusting the strike plate and still it pops open. Help!
Answer Hello Dave. Check and make sure the dishwasher is level after replacing the door spring ropes. If not, it can cause the door to pop open, and release from the latch 8193830.
