Hello Bob. You will need to disconnect the power to the unit. Then remove the screws securing the inner door panel. Remove the inner door panel and remove the cover off the control board. Now you can access the door latch assembly 8193830. Remove the switches and reinstall on the new latch. Reinstall with the new latch in reverse order. Hope this helps.
