Lemon for Model Number WFW72HEDW The pump is running but nothing is happening. I think the water was not turned on. Turned on water, unplugged machine and tried to reset with no results. No codes only " flashing red light" on door locked lights up and pump continues to run. Turned off unplugged waited 10 minutes. Same result. I think I need to manually unlock door? How? Please help!
Answer Lemon, to manually unlock the door. Unplug washer or disconnect power. Remove the top washer panel. Reach down along the inside of the front (between tub and ACU) and locate the top of the door switch/lock assembly. Located on the top of the door switch/lock assembly is a ring-shaped tab Gently pull the tab upward about ¼" (6 mm) or until a click is heard. The door may be opened.
