Doug for Model Number MDB7749SAM0 ran into some issues with my dishwasher. the maytag site did some troubleshooting and told me to check continuity on my heater, door switch, door latch, and Thermal Fuse. Are there any instructions on how to do this? Also, How do I test my current Touch pad/control panel (W10811169), and/or Main Board (W10486463), to see if it could be one of them? the later parts are very expensive. It might be one of the two broken, but not both. How do I utilize a multi-meter to check these parts?
Answer Hello Doug. You will do a power test tot he board and a continuity test on the control panel as well. You can test all of this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
