Lori for Model Number WDF780SLYB1 Hi, when I try to start my dishwasher the start button and washing button are blinking and it does not start a cycle. I’ve tried to do a diagnostic but although I get all the buttons to light up, I am unable to run the diagnostic test. I believe it is the door latch although it clicks in and seems to be closed. Is it possible that this part will fix my problem? Thanks!
Answer Hello Lori, yes it is the door latch switch partW10619006, the panel will blink waiting for you to close the door so it can start, also to run the test mode after the keypad presses the board has to see the door closed.
