Answer Jeanne, your latch assembly consists of three parts, the latch bolt WP3380854 latch 3375062 and door switches 4318273. You will need to dismantle the inner door assembly and determine which part is defective. Spraying a lubricant into the latch assembly will not solve the issue. Thanks and Good Luck Read More...
