Drew, You will want to look at the helix WP40047402 on the tub pulley at the bottom of the unit and make sure that it is not causing the clicking noise. The other thing that could cause this would be the brake pads being loose. Also check under the inner tub to make sure that there is nothing caught in there that would cause the noise. Last but not least check the drain pump 27001233 to make sure that there is nothing in it that would cause the noise. In most cases the brake pads have come loose and would need to be replaced. The brake pad part number is R0000014 and would need silicone grease to put on the pads which is part number WP26594P.
