Larry for Model Number 11047701800 Do you have a parts schematic for this Kenmore Elite washing machine that you can email me? I am having a problem with No water filling the machine at start up. I have replaced the Water flow meter, and also order a new water Inlet valve. The washer still does not fill with water. The water supply hose has plenty of water. There is an electronic module on the back of the soap dispenser, with a hose going straight into the washer tub. I think that this module is bad and not allowing water to fill the machine. Answer Hello Larry, I would suggest you run the washer's self-test mode first if it cannot fill there will be a fault code pointing to the cause. The test sheet is usually under the top or behind the lower front service cover. To run the test ,with the control off, tub empty and door closed, presse one of the keypads (except lock or cancel) in for 3 seconds then release for 3 seconds, do this 5 times, on test mode entry the control board will show the code, press the same pad once for up to 4 codes,onthe 5 th press washer will enter a short autotest.
