Ron for Model Number MHWE450WW00 Received error code F20. Water isn't flowing past the solenoid valve. Used a multi-meter and discovered only 17 volts being supplied; required 120 volts per the labeling on the valve. Before purchasing the control board (AP6018641) I would like to confirm it is the problem. Any tests to confirm or any other parts I should check and test?
