Paul for Model Number WFW94HEXW2 My washer won't fill. I have replaced the CCU and that did not fix the problem. Do you think it is the MCU or the door latch?
Answer Paul, If the unit is agitating without filling then you will want to check the pressure hose to make sure that it is not clogged. If the unit is not filling and doing nothing else then you will want to check to see if power is going to the water valve. If there is power to the water valve then you will need to check the screens on the valve to make sure they are not clogged. Also check the main water supply for the unit to make sure that it is turned on and not clogged.
