Hello Patrick, This is more likely to be debris in the drain pump. You need to remove the body and pull the two clips that retain the pump to the motor. Try the unit in spin at this point. If it spins normally, the pump has an issue. If not, there could be an article of clothing between the tubs or there could be an issue with the brake or clutch in the unit. Let us know if you need further assistance and if possible, for a more detailed diagnosis. please include the model number from the units' I.D. tag.
