Hello Randall. You will need to test and see if there is power going to the motor WP2252130. To do this, you will open the freezer door. Then tape the door switch closed. Remove the cover under the dispenser bottom and unplug the wires going to the motor. Now press the dispenser and see if power is coming to the motor. If so, and the motor does not run, replace the motor. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
