KatGV, You can test to make sure that the ice dispenser motor is getting 12 vdc to it and test to make sure the auger motor is getting power. If either are getting power and not operating then this would be a faulty part. You can also test the paddle by going into service diagnostics to see if you get a pass on the paddles. This will be on the tech sheet under the unit.

Scot, Inside the freezer door above the shelf below the shelf under the dispenser, there are 2 screws that hold a cover in place. Once the cover is removed there are 4 screws holding a bracket in place. Remove the bracket and the dispenser motor will come out. You will have to remove the shaft from the top of the unit under the ice bin first though.

Hello Timothy, the ice door is operated by a stepper motor connected to 3 different parts of the linkage assembly to the flapper seal, you will need to access and inspect that area to determine what part is broken or not working.

Will, unfortunately, there is not a repair video for this specific model at this time. However, The auger motor can be accessed from the bottom of the inner liner just above where the door bins are mounted.

Hello Jerry, open the freezer door and look for an access service panel under the inner door liner hump where the auger motor is, if there is no cover then it is accessed through the front-mounted dispenser assembly which will have to be disassembled and removed to access the motor area.

Rob, if the chute motor WPW10184813 receives voltage when the paddle is pressed and it does not operate, the failure would be the motor.
