Dennis for Model Number kscs25inssoo Is there any way I can test the motor in the ice dispenser to see if its bad? I have a voltage meter. I need to be sure if the motor is working before I order a new one. thanks so much Dennis
Answer Hello Dennis. Remove the motor and test across the red/white wire and the brown/white wire. With the light switsh closed, and the dispenser calling for ice, you should have 120 volts there.
