Vince T. for Model Number KSCS25FKSS00 The ice/water dispenser does not work. It has no power at all and nothing works. Literally happened over night, it was working fine to nothing at all. The ice machine is not making ice either. At first, I thought it was the door switch (the one at the top that turns the light on and off), which I removed and checked for continuity. It checked out ok. I also depressed the door switch in front of the ice dispenser and when depressed, the light stopped blinking twice, so I am assuming the optical sensor works. Any thing else I can try? Thanks
Answer Hello Vince, You will need to open the dispenser area to check the micro-switches on the control bracket WP2180226.
