Jb for Model Number KSFS25fkbk01 (Kitchen Aid Refrigerator) I have a KitchenAid Refrigerator with an ice maker. The ice dispenser motor is not working while installed. The door switch works and turns on the light. The solenoid will fire, but the motor will not. I tested the motor outside of the refrigerator and it is fine. I also replaced with a new motor. It still does not work. I suspect some type of control board issue, but I was wondering what else could be the problem?
Answer JB, You will want to pull the dispenser cover off an check the switch bracket as this is most likely broken for the icemaker side and would need to be replaced.
