Johnh for Model Number KSCS25FKSS00 Ice dispenser does not work. I followed the advice to check voltage at the motor with a multimeter and suddenly the augur starting turning. Now the motor sounds like it is running but the augur doesn't turn. It would turn slowly several turns, slow down, and then stop. Does this mean a short in the motor, a stripped shaft, or what? Anyway to test?
