Jennifer for Model Number TS25AGXRD01 My icemaker won't STOP making ice. The arm is working fine but the icemaker continues to make ice, even when the arm is up. Any ideas on what part might need to replaced? Thanks for your help!
Answer Hello Jennifer, If the arm is fully inserted in the front of the ice maker module housing, the switch is bad in the motor module 8201515. Replacing it will restore normal operation. Be sure to unplug the refrigerator before attempting the repair since there is 120Vac behind the motor module. Remove the white cover, the three screws, and pull on the beige part. It will slide right out. Slide the new one in and reinstall the three screws. Reinstall the white cover and plug the unit back in. Simple as that, your job is complete. Read More...
