John A for Model Number GS5SHGLXLS01 The ice maker is making ice and the water dispenser works fine. However the ICE DISPENSER does not work. The door opens when you depress the paddle, but there is no sound. I tried turning the bucket drive that is attached to the ice dispenser motor by hand - at first would not turn but got it to turn with significant effort. Very hard to turn seems frozen.
