Wallace for Model Number KCCC151EWH0 I have electricity, I bypassed the drawer switch, I have the back and bottom off. The motor and drive assembly is in clear view. When I activate the start switch, the motor will cycle both directions about 10 times within 4 seconds. ??????
Answer Wallace, The motor direction on this unit is controlled through circuit resistance through the motor centrifugal switch and direction switch. You may want to remove the top panel from the unit and check the power screws WPW10451272 for articles or debris wrapped around the shafts and bearings/drive nuts.
