Steve for Model Number MAH5500BWW #74965295AC I replaced the original motor control board in this washer several yrs ago with the motor and control kit. The original board had an obvious burned spot on it. Now the washer showed an Lr code and will not spin or agitate (only me!) It will fill and pump out, and the door will lock and unlock. The board shows no visual signs of damage, but it was immersed in water during a flood a couple of years ago. I don't think that water reached the motor however. Does this sound like what I need to replace again? Thanks
Answer Hello Steve. Yes, if there is power to the control board, and it does not run, you will need to replace the motor kit 12002039. Hope this helps. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, December 14, 2011
