Randy for Model Number MLE2000AYW The washer will sometimes quit mid-cycle leaving clothes sitting in water. This seems to happen usually with a heavy load i.e. towels or jeans. I have replaced the motor control board but now three weeks later it is acting up again. What is the next step?
Answer Hello Randy, It may be possible that you have the wrong Motor control board. This model incorporates several control boards and installing wrong control will cause problems. You can tell the series number on the unit by the 2 digits at the begining of the the serial number. Also you want to check your cold water fill. Make sure screens are not clogged at the water valve, make sure that there is plenty of cold water getting to unit. Check the pressure switch hose to make sure that it is not clogged or kinked.
