Rob for Model Number MAH3000AGW The washer will go to the entire cycle, pumping watir in and out, without agitation/spin at all. I looked inside and the motor does not move through the whole cycle. But also I notice the door look light doesn't come on, and the door doesn't latch. Do I need to replace for sure the motor kit or the wax motor not latching the door may cause the motor not to rotate al all? Thanks
Answer Rob, You will want to look at the main control board on the unit and look for a burnt resistor. If the R11 resistor is burnt you will need to replace the main control board and the wax motor. If it is not burnt then you would need to replace the wax motor. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, April 5, 2013
