C.J. for Model Number GHW9200LW My duet washer hesitates, drags, then stops when it tries to agitate under load (with wet clothes in the drum). Even when its empty and tries to run a cycle it hesitates when it tries to agitate. I thought the belt was slipping so I replaced that. The tub seemed to be spinning freely is there seem to be no problem with the bearings. The only thing left is the motor. Am I on the right track?
Answer Hello C.J., This can be the motor or motor control baord but you should pull the units' tech sheet and run the diagnostic test to pull any fault codes.
