Debra for Model Number 11047789700 I have a HE5T washer. I didnt have any problems with my washer until I moved it to clean under it, and when I placed it back to wash a load F17 and F25 codes appear, in looking into the codes , there is no F17. The troubleshooting states that the Motor Control Unit may need replaced. What exactly am I looking for, the drive motor or the MCU?
Answer Hello Debra. You will need to look for a loose or broken wire. It sounds like when you moved the machine, something has loosened up.
