Answer Hi Linda. You can test the motor and see if it is good. If you test across pins 1 and 2, and 2 and 3, and 1 and 3, you should have 6 ohms. If any of these read infinity, then the motor is bad. If the motor test good, you may have a bad MCU AP3861856.
