Edson L for Model Number WDT720PADM0 Dishwasher not cleaning. Washer rotos not running. I hear a "transformer type noise " when washer show run. I removed the washer pump motor and measured 5 M ohms . Does it justify the issue / noise ? Why this motor / pump W11032770 comes with the rubber ducts ? I could not remove them from the dishwasher . Answer Edson, With the spray arms not spinning then this issue sounds like it may be caused by a faulty diverter motor which would be part number W10537869. This diverter motor will allow water to be moved from upper to lower spray arms and it being defective will cause the spray arms to be inoperative. Read More...
