Bryan for Model Number WTH720PADM1 My unit will not drain, I replaced the drain motor with no luck. Should I also replace the circulation pump?
Answer Hello Bryan, if the drain pump is running but no water drain, check down in the sump that the drain pump inlet is not blocked with food debris, if clear, then check the drain hose and just above the elbow is a flapper valve that maybe stuck closed or blocked, if needed the drain hose is part WPW10545278.
