Cesar for Model Number 665.13039K113 my dishwasher fills but not washes, no water comes out of the arms. I removed the pump and connect it directly to 120V and it started, but when I do it by hand the motor is a little bit hard to move. could it be a bad pump or a bad sump? the drain works but no water comes out the arms.
Answer Cesar, it would be recommended that the motor W11032770 is tested for incoming voltage during a wash cycle. If proper voltage reaches the motor and it does not send water through the wash arms, the motor has failed and would need to be replaced. Read More...
