Noel D for Model Number KUDR01TJBT0 I REMOVED THE MOTOR/IMPELLER ASSEMBLY FROM THE PUMP HOUSING TO SEE IF THERE MAY HAVE BEEN SOMETHING LODGED IN THE IMPELLER, AS THE THE DISCHARGE PUMP WORKS FINE, BUT THE MOTOR SOUNDS LIKE IT IS BINDING WHEN THE WATER SHOULD BE CIRCULATING, THE MOTOR SHAFT SPINS FREELY APART FROM THE HOUSING, BUT IT DOES NOT CIRCULATE WATER INSID THE MACHINE. COULD THE MOTOR STILL BE BAD EVEN THOUGH THE SHAFT SPINS FREELY ON ITS OWN
Answer Noel, Did you also remove the accumulator assembly 8193918 and protector WP8531857 to check to see if an article was lodged in the housing or on the chopper assembly W10083957V causing the blade to "slip" on the motor/impeller shaft.
