Ginaballina for Model Number kuds01dj The dishwasher suddenly stopped draining. The first few times we could press the little button a few times after it was done and it would drain, but now it doesn't even drain then. We attempted to replace the chopper blade, but it won't attach correctly to the spindle it goes on, that part seems to be broken (maybe we broke it, maybe it was already broken). Do we need a new pump??
Answer Hello Ginaballina. You will need to check and make sure the pump and the drain hose are not clogged. If they are clear and there is power coming to the pump during the drain cycle, you will need to replace the drain pump WP661658. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
