Doug W. for Model Number KUDI01ILBS2 In my previous question I asked about a burned motor. In your response you suggested checking power to the pump to see if it was the control panel. The pump is working and pumps the water out at the end of the cycle. It just does not wash between taking water in and then pumping it out so I am confused bout checking power to the pump if it is working.
Answer Hello Doug, There are two pump motors. The drain pump that is working will not require testing, but you need to see if the board is sending power to the circulation pump.
