Sheila for Model Number gt4175sps3 My microwave did not have the correct turn table (glass) inside when I purchased my home last year and so it would not turn. I have replaced it with part#8205150 which is definately the correct turn table. It still will not turn - I am looking at the turn table support, part#8205151 - this is the part inside my microwave. On this part where it goes inside it's respective place inside the microwave - it just goes in place but I feel like it should be sort of "plugging" into place. I just put it into the hole and the portion that touches my turn table glass has a tiny - tiny finger that touchesthe glass - the rollers are capable of rolling as now I can push the turn table 'round and 'round but it will not turn by itself. What could be the problem? Could it be that what ever this turn table support is supposed to be connecting with when placed inside - it is not connecting? I will lokk forward to your help and I do appreciate it. Thank You
Answer Hello Sheila, You will want to check to make sure that you are getting power to the turntable motor WPW10159107, which is most likely the problem. You should have 21vac to the motor. If you are getting power to the motor then the motor is burnt out and wil have to be replaced. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, February 14, 2013
